Enterprise Zone

Rio Blanco County is designated as part of the Northwestern Colorado Enterprise Zone. This program provides sales tax exemptions and multiple tax credits to new or expanding businesses. Businesses located in a zone may qualify for ten different Enterprise Zone Tax Credits and Incentives to encourage job creation and investment in these zones.

Business Assistance

Rangely administers a Primary Employment and Retention Campaign (P.E.R.C.), a revolving loan fund, that has been designed to assist long-term diversification and enhancement of the economy. The P.E.R.C. program will provide up to 25% of the financing for a project that will bring new, primary dollars into Rangely. Industrial Park

The Town of Rangely has sites available for business and industry in the Cedar Ridges Industrial Park.
