Rangely administers a Primary Employment and Retention Campaign (P.E.R.C.), a revolving loan fund, that has been designed to assist long-term diversification and enhancement of the economy. The P.E.R.C. program will provide up to 25% of the financing for a project that will bring new, primary dollars into Rangely.
