The Human Resources Department ensures effective selection, development and retention of the Towns work force. This includes salary and fringe benefit administration, policy and procedure development and liability claims management.
Benefit Programs for the Town of Rangely are for full-time employees, but not temporary full-time employees, including leaves, health and dental insurance, paid holidays, education and training, life insurance and pension programs which are all subject to the terms, conditions and limitations of each such program. With the exception of benefits mandated by law all benefit programs are subject to cancellation or revision at the option of the Town Council as listed below.
